They are proactive team who work closely with clients ensuring that they get everything done efficiently! No dislike about them or their customer service skills; just love how well we interact together as colleagues & friends. We have never felt like there is much out for us since starting our relationship 2 years ago now!! Excellent communication at all times from AVPs/support specialists etc., extremely efficient - I don't think any task has been handed over without receiving acknowledgement (usually within seconds) along other useful stats e g time taken by email reply The service is fast and reliable. I have had no issues with them at all! They are always there when you need them. Very knowledgeable team who cares about their customers. There are not many companies that will give you everything you need for your business. This is one of those companies. You get what you pay for. We were looking for someone to handle our email and help keep us up to date on new technologies as they come out.
