I wanted it to work. I was for it and sincerely hoped it was a great solution! Unfortunately doesn't work at all. You pay for a lot of cheap plastic and a glue gun! I tried two different tools (a white tool with a screw on a plastic part and a standard metal tool), neither was in any way effective. on different cars and different types of dents; on light flexible metal (trunk) and on more durable metal (car doors). No sign of success. I followed the instructions (it's not rocket science) and nothing happens except that glue residue sticks to the paint. tired of different amounts of glue and different nozzles; WITHOUT CHANGE. The theory is that the adhesive is strong enough to pull on the metal but weak enough to peel off without damage. It is detachable but does not pull metal. I've tried different nozzle sizes, nothing works! In fact, you can pull the attachments out by hand (nothing else is required) since the adhesive isn't that strong. Save yourself frustration and money. Either learn to live with dents or go to a professional! I will do that! I'll be back first thing in the morning. PS, the seller offered me a $20 Revain gift certificate in exchange for my honest opinion. I decline the offer and still give my honest opinion! A gift certificate could explain the high ratings for this worthless product!
