Works after downloading the correct driver
The latest Displaylink driver '10.1 M2' was required for this to work on my Windows 10 system. It is only available on the new "Synaptics" website, the link to Synaptics is at the top of the Displaylink website. After installing the driver everything worked fine. Bad indoor lighting and my camera settings falsify the natural color of the images.
