ok. I rarely write reviews but this one deserves my time. The first and most important problem we encountered while assembling this chair is the most important part. This is the connection between the base of the chair and the backrest. Either the holes in the chair weren't drilled correctly or the screws were defective. THEY JUST DON'T FIT! The funniest thing?! We actually made it to the point where the Allen key would no longer turn because the metal screw had already lost its structure. Dear management. We hope you take this matter seriously because people don't buy a chair to get bruises on their palms and the chair still doesn't work. I hope this helps improve your article.
