I like my new knee pads. I usually take small knee pads, but I read the reviews and ordered medium ones. They were too small but a friend just bought a pair of large ones and gave me one as a gift. That's great. I had to send the medium ones back and order the large ones. You have arrived today! I do ballroom/latin dancing and dance 8 to 10 hours a week. I have arthritis in my knees, especially my left knee (which can be a tear). I used to use a black CVS knee pad. It helped but never stayed in place. And it wasn't very pretty in my dance outfits. This beige sleeve not only supports my knees while dancing, but also blends in harmoniously without being too flashy. I will be competing in a few weeks and my instructor has given me permission to wear them xo in competition
