No volume support

Love it! Foam pads are too clunky and hot - they're a lot lighter but still great support. They're knitted so they stretch less over the kneecap - a wonderful design!

Follow the guidelines for the metric.

These knee pads are great quality and at a great price! The structure is well designed. My only regret is that I didn't take the time to measure my knee and choose the size based on my imagination. Definitely one size up as they are designed for compression and are very snug. I would buy them again in a larger size. I'm keeping the smaller ones as I'm looking to shed those extra pounds in 2018!

I liked braces, splints and bandages

I like it. I really only use one at a time for a sore knee. I have tried various knee arthritis remedies with a torn meniscus and this type of brace seems to work the best. Not sure why as I've bought more expensive braces but I think it has something to do with them keeping the heat around the knee warm after wearing them for a while. I had a similar pair but thinner and firmer which seemed to work better but wore out after a long time of use. They're a little thicker and probably better made,

I like my new knee pads. I usually take small knee pads, but I read the reviews and ordered medium ones. They were too small but a friend just bought a pair of large ones and gave me one as a gift. That's great. I had to send the medium ones back and order the large ones. You have arrived today! I do ballroom/latin dancing and dance 8 to 10 hours a week. Great product! I needed some light support for my knees after running miles and now running marathons. Running ten miles in the heat, I wanted something that wouldn't restrict my movement, but would support it. I also didn't want to overheat in the 80-90 degree Sedona summer heat. Ideal! - Knee pads

I bought these because they are thin, boneless and came as a pair. I wasn't sure what size to take based on my measurements so I bought XL. I'm glad I chose this size. I have a Futuro brand with underwires and an oversized knee compression hole, but the longer I wear it the more it cuts into my skin, becoming extremely uncomfortable and leaving marks on my leg. I didn't buy this for extreme compression but to have a little support while dancing. That's great. Thin enough where I barely feel it,
