This is another good DEWALT cordless tool. And I would rate it higher if it didn't drain the batteries so quickly. I expected more runtime. I chose this model because I already have XRP batteries. Otherwise, I think I would consider a model that would use a lithium-ion battery. I bought wireless because I needed to work away from a power source. I rotated 4 batteries as fast as they charged. When the batteries are charged, the tool can cut or grind the way you expect. However, plan on charging after 10 minutes of work. I now use it for backups and touch-ups when work is light. Otherwise I would go with a wired (120 volt) model for long term use. This tool definitely comes in handy, albeit for smaller jobs.
