The best thing about rapidinspect is its efficiency of sending out the invoices, also it is very convenient for the customers as well since they have all the records within their reach. Also, it saves time and effort when requesting work orders from our mechanic since we can track everything in one place as well. They haven't been able to implement mobile payments yet because some states still require drivers logs and insurance information so that part I dislike a lot since it makes paperwork harder than it should have been. It helps in keeping all the info within your reach without having to carry around papers which will surely save you a lot of time and make documents easier to find. I like how easy it is for me as an employee, or even customer of this product when working with our team at work we can easily keep track all aspects about each vehicle that's been inspected by using rapidinspect software! It takes time but i think they should improve their support system so everyone could be able use more than one device/computer in order not have problems while doing some things such us inventory reports etcetc.
