Review on Anthem Athletics Hyperflex Crossfit Men's Active Training Clothing by Joel Young

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Overall not bad but the design could be improved.

I am 5ft 10 inches tall, weigh 220 pounds, waist 36-38 inches. I ordered size XL and they fit great. Overall I like the material, stretch and fit of the shorts. My girlfriend thinks they make my ass look great and my thighs look like thunder. BUT I have 3 criticisms of the design which can be summarized as Lift, Fish and Shuffle. 1. The cord does not go around the waist. The lace runs from hip to hip. If you go for a run with full bags, play a climbing game. The drawstring is too short to compensate for the elasticity of the shorts, so if you need it a little tighter 2. I like the position of the pockets and they are too deep. They run the entire length of the thigh. A pocket is perfect for the iPhone X, so depth isn't an issue here. But if you keep your keys or ID in another bag, you'll have to go fishing to get them. t would do the trick. Asymmetry is cool, right? 3. My third gripe is that the pocket holes are not wide enough to put your hand through when you need to rummage in your pocket for keys or ID. Now, when you stand at the reception or in front of your car and open the door, you're fumbling in your bags, and that can be uncomfortable. My hands on a computer keyboard are pretty average, not the rough hands of some gym goers. I can't imagine what powerful people have to do. I would recommend expanding the pocket maybe 1-2 centimeters.
