Update-The company was quick to respond to my request and provided a replacement. I’ve been using it for months and it is working with no problem. Great customer service!Initial review- I purchased this in December 2020 and used it approximately 4-5 times per month. It completely died this week. I tried changing the batteries but it is done. It worked ok. It would snag in my poodle's hair pulling on it but overall did an okay job. I've contacted the company to see if they would provide a warranty replacement since the box says "lifetime warranty," so I'll update my review in the next week or so.
