They are not designed to compensate for the growth of thin boys.
I usually love Levis but my son loves tight and long pieces so I always buy him skinny or skinny jeans. They fit great in length, but are not skinny jeans. I had to return a pair because they were too big for him. They will work for the occasion but I'm still not happy with how they fit him.
