Overall I would say it's a good watch that will help you get by until you buy something better or if you don't care that the Chinese government You will receive data (more on this below). I bought this because my previous fitness tracker broke and I'm saving for a fancy watch. Here's my take: Fit, Function, and Style: The watch is a little wider than I expected, but still thinner than some fitness watches. I will confirm that the gold color is closer to rose gold as some people have mentioned which I really liked. The display is really clear. Unfortunately some pictures are a little blurry. The display turns off pretty quickly and there's no way, even after you've loaded the app (more on that in a moment), to extend the display time. I confirm, fast charge. The notification vibration is pretty strong for the size of the watch. You definitely won't miss it. Also, there are certain types of alarms that you can set, such as: B. Drinking water alarms that have their own little picture that pops up (not shown) - which is so cool! Also, you can set up to 5 shared alarms - I wake up and get ready for the alarm, which is really helpful. There are several watch faces to choose from but the one pictured on the box doesn't match which disappointed me. If you download the app, you can choose even more faces. The first image is an example watch face that you can download from the app. I also added all the watch face options that are already loaded on the phone. The watch has many functions - time and date, steps, distance, calories burned, heart rate monitor, blood pressure monitor, blood oxygen monitor, limited exercise modes (running, climbing, walking, horseback riding, football, basketball, table tennis and badminton), message notifications, sleep mode, brightness adjustment, music control , stopwatch, timer and phone search. The timer is really amazing and the steps seem pretty accurate. Some things I didn't like: In order for the watch to report health data to your Apple Health app (if you have multiple devices or health apps), you must have downloaded the Ffit watch app and have all permissions enabled (including location monitoring ) . If you download the app and allow everything, you will be asked to agree to a user agreement stating that the Chinese government will collect all information and store it in their database from the app. They also ask you to agree to the Chinese Constitution. which is creepy. In order to use the app, you need to tell them your birthday, allow the app to track you with location tracking, and provide things like your skin color. Of course, you can specify a fake birthday and skin color, but the app will only work if you turn on location tracking. The watch never collected sleep data for me even after I downloaded and authorized the app. The app and this list suggest that you connect your watch to your computer after updating your watch (via the watch interface). But I tried when I downloaded the app and it still didn't work. I think this is because the app needs to be open while you sleep. Open before bed but closed while sleeping. So. it is not helpful. Heart rate and blood pressure sensors are not accurate. I have a personal blood pressure monitor prescribed, and it's always much lower than the watch. The pulse is also very high. (They don't advertise this watch as a medical monitor, so I didn't expect that functionality to be great.) To be clear, you can only receive SMS text messages (no iMessage texts) and you can't write text messages. from hours. You can't open the music app on your phone using the watch - you can only play/pause and skip to the next/previous song. Find My Phone, text notifications and music controls require the app to be installed on your phone. Conversely, you can also use your phone to locate the watch if you lose it, but again you'll need to download the app. There's no yoga element in the training menu, which is interesting considering there's table tennis and badminton. The charging port is a bit fiddly as you have to fit it between the watch face and the band. This means the charging port is balanced like a metal-plastic-metal sandwich on your bedside table. So I would recommend this as an economical option if you can't afford other, more expensive watches. I think it will probably work better if you agree to the Chinese government getting your data, downloading the app and allowing tracking. If you don't want to be tracked by the Chinese government, you can track your information manually or enter it into another app. As a pedometer, timer (for yoga poses), and alarm notification, I'm willing to let it go for a while until I can save myself a better watch. I hope this helps with the purchase decision. :)
