If I could give this product 0 stars I would. I bought two packs of remotes and none of them work. We tried replacing the battery and they still didn't work. Our dealer spent 3 hours and 4 different technicians trying to program these remotes but they still didn't work. So I called customer service to get a refund for the product and the money I spent at the retailer to program these obviously non-working fobs. The CSR I spoke to initially insisted that I could not return the products and eventually arranged for me to mail them back for a refund. When I brought up the issue of refunding over $50 I spent at the retailer trying to program their broken products, he laughed at me and said they wouldn't do it. Okay, let me talk to your manager. She did practically the same thing. So I asked her boss. She told me she doesn't have a boss. I told him about it and she finally admitted that she had a boss, but he wasn't in the office. OK, no problem, put me on his voicemail. She replied that they had no voicemail. What company has a call center but NO voicemail! Ok give me his email, she always gives me the standard support email. Okay, I'll file a complaint with the best office. I lost over $100 on a product that doesn't work!
