This product works great and is completely unnecessary for most people. If you have medical problems with hydration this is for you. If you are a roofer in, say, Florida this is for you. If you work in basements in Arizona, this is for you. If you're an athlete who trains multiple times a day, this is for you. If you're an office worker who doesn't work or spends half an hour on the treadmill, you don't need this. It is said that most Americans are dehydrated. Who said? Where is the research to back this up? Gatorade made everyone here think they needed potables. Unless you do some crazy stuff. Drinking water. In addition, it is not very tasty, very salty.
