Review on ☕ Enhanced Espresso/Cappuccino System by Mr. Coffee - Automatic Dual Shot Functionality by Roy Boone

I bought this machine just before Christmas and have been using it for a few months now. I love it! I was thinking of much more expensive machines but didn't want to be forced to buy specific 'pods' or 'k-cups'. I also like to mix coffee (half coffee, whole coffee, etc.). But I prefer to prepare myself a cup of espresso or coffee. Years ago I told my husband not to buy me a push button machine because I really enjoy making my own drinks. So if you want to push a button and get an espresso, this machine isn't for you. With this machine you turn the water on and off to control the size/concentration of your drink. Next, the milk frother is great! You also have full control over the frothing. (I removed the plastic/rubber sleeve the day I received it.) I use it with a thermometer and I really like the latte art (see photo). What I can't do is the art of "free pouring" and I'm not sure if that has something to do with my lack of talent, the thickness of my espresso, or the thickness of my frothed milk. There are tons of latte art videos on YouTube so you can definitely explore and marvel at the talent! Finally, I made an amazing iced coffee the other day. I used a double cup and made about 5 or 6 ounces, poured it over ice, added half and half and it was just as good as any other drink! I buy beans at my favorite local coffee shop and grind them to the right grind for espresso. (It helps a bit with the business they lost after I bought my Mr. Coffee!) The last time I ran into the store I just bought beans and am now Bullet grinding my own. There are videos on YouTube showing this exact machine, so check it out!
