I was eager to order some tough yet fashionable clothing from Stormy Kromer's online shop, but sadly, my experience was anything but pleasant. One of the items in my purchase was broken when it was delivered. I contacted their customer support, hoping for a simple and quick solution. However, I encountered uncooperative representatives and slow reaction times. It was annoying that it took over a week to get a substitute. Even worse, the new item had damage as well. I finally decided to return the item for a refund at this time because I was tired of the whole situation. Even so, the procedure was challenging and took longer than it ought to have. Overall, despite the excellent quality of Stormy Kromer's clothing, their customer service could have been much better. I'd be hesitant to use them for future purchases.
