Advertised as a 27 inch pillow. I have a 32" pad. I felt like paying more for a custom fit as it's VERY difficult to find a 27" changing pad that will fit on a changing table. I don't see the sizes anywhere on the box but it doesn't fit in my crib changing table and I measured it with a tape measure to make sure it was 32". Will be returning!
