I had to make a purchase from the online store of BELONGSCI not too long ago, and I have to admit that overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with the experience. The quality of the clothing I received was below average, and the shoes I received were not only uncomfortable but also did not appear anything like the picture that was displayed online. Not to mention the fact that the shipping took a great deal longer than what was estimated, and the customer service representative was of no assistance when I attempted to ask about the status of my order. This retail establishment is not one that I intend to frequent again, and I strongly advise others to do the same.
