Review on πŸ–₯️ Zalman S3 ATX Mid Tower PC Case: Smoky Acrylic Side Panel, Three 120mm Fans, Patterned Mesh Design, Black by Ronny Welch

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Bad technology is not a case of the SSD era

5 cm distance between the back of the power supply unit, where the cables are connected, and the hard disk bay. Nobody uses hard drives these days and I don't even have SATA SSDs, just an NVMe SSD connected to the motherboard. I will drill out 6 rivets and remove the tray. They could have made it removable by attaching it with just two screws like Corsair does with its Carbide series, but they didn't. This makes it very difficult to use a power supply with more than 400W in this case. The tunnel is also useless and does not help, only complicates the installation of components. Also, there isn't enough space at the top, above the motherboard, making it difficult to install a CPU cooler and cables (I don't even think about installing fans at the top - there just isn't enough room for that). Other than that, the suitcase is fine, although cheap and thin, but $50 is too much for a suitcase like this. I would say a reasonable price would be between $30-$40. Still thinking about going back. Don't waste your money, get a Corsair.
