Review on Phrazor by Eric Dailey

I like how easy it was for me as an individual agent manager because my supervisor could see immediately what areas need improvement without us having any training or certification required! The best thing about phazon so far? There are no boundaries when talking with clients (they're always listening). My biggest dislike is we've yet to connect our mobile app directly into this platform which would be extremely helpful if they decided to implement one down the road!! We use this tool daily at work just not sure why there isn't something connecting everything together already since its such a useful piece of software now?? No matter where you go everyone knows whats going wrong but cant communicate properly until your given someone's number who will then tell them nothing after taking up their time to explain things over again. So many problems have come out thanks to using Phazr including increased customer satisfaction while decreasing internal complaints. ! This program helps solve several issues within our organization regarding communication between agents/managers & supervisors.
