Review on TINTON LIFE Double-Sided Foldable Ironing Mat Blanket Pad for Table - Heat Resistant (21.65" x 47.24") by Mark Loebis

The product arrived in a shrink/vacuum pack. When opened, the carpet creased incredibly. I hung it up for a couple of hours to see if any wrinkles would go away - there weren't any. We are talking about intensive wrinkling. Then I unfolded it and put some fabric on top to iron it to see if the creases would go away. The creases of the carpet carry over to the fabric as it is piled up and uneven throughout. In addition, where the iron separated from the fabric being ironed, the "lining" left an imprint on the soleplate, which led to resistance after just a few minutes. The spacer is about 1/8 inch I think at most. Heat transfer complete so you can't place it on a surface. I wanted a very long length (the only good thing about this product) to cover 3 large wool ironing pads for ironing large quilt blocks and fabrics before cutting. The item also has an unusual mild chemical odor. I do not recommend the product.
