I bought this pump to drain engine oil from a 3500w Champion alternator and lawnmowers with a 6.5hp Briggs and Stratton vacuum engine. The pump worked well for a lawn mower. I had trouble getting the hose to the bottom of the generator motor oil pan and drained the oil into the pan the old fashioned way. I used the pump to add new oil to the generator motor and it worked. excellent - I pumped oil from liter bottles into the small and hard-to-reach filler neck of the generator motor. Can't speak to strength or durability yet, but the pump did its job well.
