This product is a life saver. When my laptop started freezing several times a day due to overheating, I ordered a new computer but it's only arriving in a month and I have a deadline for a very important project that I need my laptop for. Work 12 hours a day, 7 days a week. Putting my laptop on ice packs which warmed up after 30 minutes didn't help. So I ordered this cooling pad hoping it would at least reduce the number of crashes. Well, that eliminated them completely! My laptop hasn't overheated since I've been using this cooling pad. Now I don't even need a new computer. worth your money. And if I had had this cooling pad from the start, I wouldn't have had to change the battery (which would expand and bend when it got hot). Noise (and replaced computers when they were too loud) but I didn't have to worry. If they whisper, they mean it. I have to put my hand on it to make sure it's him because I can't hear him. (I don't play games so I didn't rate it for gaming, although I'm sure it would be great for gamers too. I'm interested in high-end databases and development.)
