Okay, I have diabetes. What does neuropathy mean. I bought and returned several pairs of sneakers. After a few hours it's like walking on pebbles. I put them on and immediately felt confident. I'm on my feet during a 6.5 hour shift. I'm on the street, on hot tar, in the parking lot, collecting wagons for the supermarket. I walk a lot! I walked for about 6 hours with no discomfort. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING THESE! They are sentinels and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is on their feet for any length of time or has neuropathy. Update, it's been a week, I have pain in my feet after 5 hours. I'll put in a few inserts and see if that helps. If not, I'll be back. Now they make a suction squeak when walking on the floor. feedback. Returned a few days later. Customer Service DID NOT REFUND MY MONEY IN ONE WEEK. BEWARE OF THE SELLER
