They sent a switch and a separate plastic connector with wires to connect to the pins on the back of the switch. The plastic connector does not match the pin configuration on the back of the switch. To make matters worse, there is no way to let them know. They offer two options if their product is wrong. refund or replacement. This is a sad situation. So far they wasted a lot of time and effort, now I have to go through the refund process. It would be nice if they knew their braid doesn't fit on the light switch
