NOT 400lm is more like 20-30lm. Bad lightbulbs.

I bought this 194 for my light boxcars. I use the hold to mount my camera when shooting at night with it. I bought them because they are advertised as bright white at 400 lumens (I doubt it). I need good light when preparing camera lenses etc in the dark. Very close. I installed 40lm Philips 194 LEDs in front of this lamp, THEY ARE SIGNIFICANTLY BRIGHTER than the Sealight. The Philips lamp has a power of 1 W at 40 lm. The Sealight lamp consumes 2W at 400lm. Near Philips is brighter. I recommend Philips 194 instead. I really doubted it was 400lm, I just wanted it to be over 60lm for high power but not nuclear brightness. If it was closer to 50-100 lumens I would be happy. I reinstalled Philips 194LED. A few dollars more, but better. *sigh, I lost this time :(
