The charger was used once upon delivery and it worked well and my bits charged quickly. A few days later I used the charger for the second time and the tip of the charger was having trouble getting into my bit charging port. Within moments, the tip of the charger broke off and almost completely detached from the cable. There were two prongs on the charger that actually got into my bits after the charger tip broke off leaving two scratches on my bits that visibly damaged them. Very bad product and waste of money.
