A little too firm, complicated setup

So I've only ever used ice packs that come ready to use, and usually soft enough to bend a little around things. This was confusing to start with - fill with water, only a certain amount, plug, twist on top. and they they froze hard - not really bendable around food in lunch boxes. They're ok but I won't get these again.
