Great in theory but poor execution

The product seemed to work fine. But it really just left a gaping hole in the wall and I still had to run to Home Depot (which I hate) to get an anchor that worked. When screwing in the supplied screws, the dowel broke out of the drywall. I haven't even tried to put a shelf on it.
