
.I would buy smart plugs from Innr which work well with Philips Hue. There seems to be some kind of incompatibility with them - intentionally by Philips I think - so they tend to fade a bit when switched on, the brightness often doesn't match what the scene should be and sometimes they just don't answer directly. Not necessarily the manufacturer's fault, but worth considering depending on how reliable you need them. The coupling with the Hue Bridge went immediately. In fact, it was easier than some of the official Hue lights I've made.
