That's a blessing. So far they are holding up strong. Clean, they say, there's no mess of doorstops on the floor to find, put in place, or move out of place. I love her! Several doors in my apartment keep closing. The doorstops were uncomfortable and I couldn't find high enough or grippy enough to get the job done. Anyway I installed a 3.1- on the front door 1- on the bathroom door in the hallway 1- on the laundry room door. Where possible I placed a floor magnet next to the doorstop to help with the constant pressure of its impact. I hope this helps him last longer. (I did better on the floor) On the front door itself, the surface is uneven. Here, where necessary, I applied two layers of 3M adhesive pads to compensate. It also promotes adhesion to all surfaces and durability. (See photo)
