GREAT FOOD SUBSTITUTE: ADD FRUIT

I've added various fruits or 100% organic cocoa for nutrition and TASTE. This special designer whey protein is REAL FOOD and contains far less SUGAR than an instant clove breakfast. BUT I added 1/2 paper bag of instant clove breakfast for flavor. Whether I add only 100% cacao OR different fruits depends on my mood of the day. Very satisfying/satisfying for the morning hours. I'm glad I found it. This is a real find if you tend to crave smoothies instead of food. THIS Designer Whey Protein has far more nutrients than any other. (Which I like too, but I prefer it as a meal replacement.
