Better than Camelbak in my opinion

Just tried Camelbak for the first time after using it and it was great. Here my comparison. For reference, I'm 5'5, about 155 pounds, and have a shorter torso. The Osprey mouthpiece can be bitten in any direction, while the Camelbak must be bitten from a specific direction. I also think the type of rubber used on the Osprey has less flavor. It is easier to fully fill the bladder on the Osprey as this is done from the top compared to the Camelbak bladder which fills from the side. The Osprey tube can be detached for easy cleaning. Both tubes are very long. With Camelbak, I wrap it around the bladder cap before it comes off my shoulder so it doesn't get too long. I'm still figuring out the best way to trim the Osprey hose down a bit, but its length is less of a bother as it has a magnetic piece on its chest that it attaches to. has two. For my physique, the two straps are definitely helpful and prevent slipping while running. I had issues with the camelbak bouncing up and down when running which was annoying but also damaged my shirts/jackets I was wearing underneath. The Osprey can be adjusted on each of the front straps as well as the side, but you are limited as it is a vest style and you cannot wear anything too thick underneath due to the armholes. This is not a problem with Camelbak, as they are mostly belts. Both have pockets on the back to stash your phone and keys. The Osprey has another small zip pocket on the front with open pockets on each side of the chest that can hold groceries (or pepper spray). Osprey has a large surface area, so while the material is very light, it can pose a bigger problem when running at higher temperatures than Camelbak. Overall I like it a lot more than Camelbak and would recommend it to anyone with large breasts as I think that's the biggest issue with moving around on the run. Camel.
