Bought when I was starting to do longer trail runs and needed water in the unforgiving Florida weather. Did a 3 mile run last night in 90 degree weather. I only filled my bladder halfway (I had to look up how to open my bladder, it turns out to be very easy) and the sound of rippling water takes a little getting used to. Just tried Camelbak for the first time after using it and it was great. Here my comparison. For reference, I'm 5'5, about 155 pounds, and have a shorter torso.
