First off, how hard is it to screw up a hard drive case? Pros: The case itself looks nice and stylish. Cons: Multiple. no installation guide, not that it's too hard to understand, but oh well. Instead, I have to verify with Google that there are no tabs or slides that I need to remove from power supplies and what not.2. This device did not recognize the blue WD 4TB drive or the green WD 3TB drive. This is sort of the standard for every hard drive you buy from Walmart.3. As soon as I plugged this device in, it said **POP** **SIZZLE SIZZLE*** and now it smells burnt. These two drives store data and files of 14 years. I hope they didn't fry my slice. CUSTOM SUPPORT: Your support type was "decent". I don't blame them, but the company wanted me to pay for shipping the non-working product and expedited shipping for the new device. NO CHANCE. So I sent the device back through Amazon and found a new one. So don't waste your hard-earned dollars, dollar bills, on this crap.
