I have bought several of these masks for blepharitis and this is the best so far. Unlike others, this one heats to the recommended temperature, which studies show is best for treating blepharitis, MGD, and styes. I just put a tissue between my eyes and the mask. In these conditions, in addition to wearing a mask at night before bed, the best thing to do is to wash your eyelids twice a day. Once in the morning and once before bed and put on a mask. I have found several eye drops called Similasan that are homeopathic and seem to work pretty well. Since then I haven't had a seizure for 4 or 5 weeks.
