I wasn't thrilled when it arrived but it seemed to do what it was supposed to do. However, I was immediately disappointed to find that it was by no means possible to remove the bags from the dispenser with one hand. (I bought this instead of another brand based on reviews that said you could use it one handed. I'm not sure how the people who wrote this managed to do that. I'm not saying that it's impossible, but I couldn't find a way to do it.) The best part is the pouches themselves, which smell nice and absorb bad smells well (as long as they don't tear, they're not very flimsy or flimsy). I find the dispenser quite bulky (especially the hook) and as some other reviewers have said, it easily opens on its own. The worst part is actually taking the bags out of the dispenser. Beginnings were never easy, and with my baby in my arms, I managed to rip open a few bags before I managed to snatch them off the roll.
