It was very easy to install and very easy to wrap around the edges of the license plates. Quality materials that stand up to the New England weather with ease. There are holes on the bottom for water to drain out, so don't worry about your plates underneath. Massachusetts requires all license plate edges to be narrow enough that nothing obscures any portion of the letters, numbers, or labels, and this is perfectly legal. Many states have this requirement, so it's definitely legal. I will also be buying some sets for family members and that's a great deal.
