The item arrived in the mail on time and in perfect condition. Pros: Tons of features, especially the ridge cleaner, and it looks great on a bag. I've used the grove cleaner about 5 times (full clean, 4-LW) and it's still good and sharp. The groove cleaner is my favorite feature. The brush's nylon head is great for cleaning dried mud off my racquets and works well on cleats in shoes too. The metal brushes work well with my drivers and wood and even helped me restore the old front wedge by allowing me to remove old dirt from the grooves. I also like the expandability of the tool as it relies on a clip attached to my bag. This allows me to clean my clubs mid-round without having to rummage through my bag or cleaning them at awkward angles since I'm a big guy. Cons: The metal brush head wears out after a few uses, but you can trim frayed bristles fairly easily -- no big deal. The main disadvantage of this product is the position of the groove cleaner in relation to the nylon brush. If you're using the nylon side of the brush, you need to orient the tool so the barb doesn't scratch what you're cleaning. Luckily they include a groove cleaner rubber cap, so it's not a big deal to me - just something to be aware of. Final thought: To be honest, at less than $15 this is a bargain. It would be a challenge to go to your pro shop and find a multi tool of this quality at this price. Great edition for every pocket.
