I like that it's easy enough anyone can use this without having advanced programming knowledge or understanding of statistical analysis methods (which i'm not sure if they have). It was difficult at first getting used too but once we started using our forecasted numbers were much better than what other companies had been giving us! We're able t o see exactly how many people will be in each area so when there needs need staffing with less overtime hours needed because everyone knows where their target number should fall within days/weeks before hand instead just guessing!!
