I ordered two pieces. One was very easy to install, the other not so much. The hot wire screw was not tightened or loosened because the fastener on the back was not properly tightened. I couldn't open a terminal to fix this. I contacted the company and they quickly replaced the outlet and assured me it was tested. Nice try. I have the same problem when I change the outlet. At the moment it was outside the 30 day window so they wouldn't give me a refund but offered to send a third replacement. Sounds great right? Let's go back to the one we quickly installed. It worked great for two weeks. Then the USB sockets died completely. Regular outlets work fine, but USB outlets - that's the whole reason - purchases - don't work at all. I'm not interested in another replacement that might not install at all or fail in two weeks.
