I was looking for some containers I bought here a few years ago that had flaps that come down from the top lid and seal airtight. They don't exist anymore, I've since bought a few products here that weren't that good, they're perfect. The lower drain plate is much better than before, much easier to clean - everything is excellent here. Air vents are more useful and appropriate than I thought. Holes in the bottom can also be used as a sieve? Extra points just for thinking about it. I wish the lid opened and closed a little more easily, but honestly anything else would be more fragile and ugly. excellent material.
