They are definitely great for storing your fruit longer. I often use it for strawberries, blueberries and blackberries. Once even for grapes. They left my strawberries for almost 2 weeks! The only thing I would like to say is that the long container is almost too big. When I use it, it's difficult to put other things in the fridge.

These boxes are well built. They believe the material wasn't cheap. I wouldn't drop them on the floor or anything, but for everyday veg storage these crates are fantastic. I love that with two layers or two sides they can be customized in different ways (see product photo). The 9 liter box is simply huge. Lots of room for salad!

I originally bought these for berries as we eat a lot of fruit at my house but unfortunately due to the way they are made although they keep the food off the ground where the water drains off, it keeps pretty well so that nothing evaporates and the berries still go moldy. My paper towel-in-the-bowl trick is more about keeping them fresh but less moldy. They are good for lemons and limes as I usually buy a bag that will last.

I was looking for some containers I bought here a few years ago that had flaps that come down from the top lid and seal airtight. They don't exist anymore, I've since bought a few products here that weren't that good, they're perfect. I absolutely LOVE the containers but be warned that the 2 smaller rectangular containers do not come with the flip top lids pictured like the larger containers. I chose them over other brands because of this characteristic. The containers are very durable and the attachments offer enough space for fresh products.
