did nothing: my feedback
i used the 9RC strawberry blonde on top of my already light blonde hair and it did absolutely nothing. i am so confused. i used the right developer, left it in for the right amount of time, and followed all the other directions too. but it did genuinely nothing to my hair. don’t know if i got a defective one or what.
