I have very wide/flat feet so I mostly buy Keen. Keen Rialto is perfect for me. This shoe is not that wide but just enough to be comfortable. I wear 13 and bought 13 - apart from being slightly narrower than the Rialto, fits as expected. After wearing them all day, my pinky toe will start to hurt on the outside, but they are fine for 6 hours or less. They breathe much better than full leather Rialtos which is why I bought them. I've had them since October 2018 and they're great for everyday wear in the city. I'm satisfied, I would buy them again.
