Don't settle for a regular hair dryer. You will see the difference! I have long thin thick hair and I loved my hair. I had a Panasonic negative ion hair dryer that lasted for over a decade and then sadly died. I didn't want to spend too much. much on the new one so I took the regular Conair. It was terrible. He died a little over a year later so I bought a Revlon infrared dryer. My hair was still terrible. My straight hair became wavy and dry and felt like straw! I thought of several possibilities. After having kids I started showering at night, maybe that's why. Maybe stress or my age. How many shampoos and conditioners have you tried? (All drugstore brands because I've always used them) Nothing has changed and I hated wasting money on things that didn't even help so I gave up and bought the cheapest I could. Of course it didn't help. , but the results were the same as the $4-$6 shampoos, so I went with it. But it was depressing when I looked in the mirror and didn't see the healthy, shiny hair I once had. Then I thought it might be my hair dryer! I didn't want to buy another until mine died. so i waited And now, a year and a half later, the time had finally come! I was so happy and knew I had to get another Panasonic! I didn't have a Nanoe before but this was supposed to be better than the negative ion so I went with it and went with the compact one because there was nothing else. our budget. ($59 vs. $84) I saw a difference after the first use! My hair didn't get tangled and really dried faster and I was excited to see how my hair would look in the morning! It was so soft and I finally have my healthy hair! As a reminder, I still use the cheapest pharmacy shampoo and conditioner, so it's all because of the blow dryer! I'm glad I went for this one and not the bigger one because it feels good in hand and is light weight. It's also very quiet which is a plus when the kids are sleeping in the hallway! I also use it on my daughters and they have very long hair as I have never cut them. I can dry them both in 3 minutes! As some people have mentioned, it had a strange smell when first used, but that was only once. I hope this one lasts a long time, but when it does I'll get nothing but Panasonic! I am so happy to touch my soft, tangle-free hair! Update 9/2/2021: It's been over 2 years since I got this so it's time for an update! They still work like new and I love this hair. Dryer!
