My wife loves this new Panasonic Nanoe hair dryer. This is a compact version compared to what it was before. However, it definitely has more drying power than our old one. As said, Nanoe draws moisture from the air to provide the hair with moisture-rich particles and reduce damage. I think it takes time to test this function. I bought it as a bargain when it was on sale. Overall I'm happy with it.

It's light but not compact so I think it's a design issue. It is made in Thailand, 1400 watts. I don't know if it has a power switch or an adapter for use in a non-US outlet. As it doesn't suit me it's too weak, even with high performance for a comparable price I get more airflow for faster drying. If drying hair takes more than twice as long, I prefer one that's quick, even if it's a few grams heavier to get the job done properly.

I have to say this is the best hair dryer I have ever owned. This little gem is compact and folds down to a convenient size for travel or storage. And although I have the 1400w version, it delivers more drying power without too much noise. In fact, this is the quietest dryer I've ever owned. The Nanoe technology really works on my color damaged, dry and fine hair. My hair used to be very frizzy after blow drying, but now it's smooth and sleek. I couldn't be more impressed and happier.

Impressive performance! I use it in the hottest conditions as I have long and thick hair. The result is excellent, the hair is smooth and shiny, without overdrying and fluffiness. I highly recommend this hair dryer. Doesn't get hot even after long-term use. Not as small as I expected but still quite handy to use and store.

Fairly QUIET even at maximum power! I wish there were more jets in the kit, but this was the quietest dryer I could find (which was the most important thing). Dries pretty quickly.
