Review on SuperHandy Dehydrator Preserver Professional Temperature by Tricia Taylor

I bought this product because I could set the timer and temperature. I've used it for herbs and found that they take a lot longer to dry than my 30 year old Snackmaster or my 20 year old Oster. I was busy shedding it as excess moisture. I put plums in to dry at 153F for 12 hours, then another 2 hours ending after I went to bed. I woke up to a dehydrator full of moldy plums. The timer works, but it's little consolation if the temperature doesn't work at all. waste of money. By the way, I have been drying herbs, fruit and vegetables for 50 years.
