Ordered two of these and just opened the packages. One of these appears to be in use. The fabric is worn and one of the bells is missing. It was also found open in the box with the other sealed (in the background). I'm willing to change rating if a new one comes out that looks like the one I'm holding with all the parts in the picture. Update: I was able to chat with the seller and they offered me a free item for a defective one. They communicate well with customers and are very happy with it, which is why I decided to extend the rating of this product. However, I have few concerns about this product. This is a pet safety hazard. I would recommend using this product if you have guests and want to show your pets to others. But don't leave your cat unattended while wearing a collar. Since there is no real locking system, cats can easily get their foot or paws stuck in the locker in an awkward position. I would be careful when using this product with pets. I also refused to get another free product they were offering.
