Worked well enough when in place but the top plates warped badly when I tightened the bushings fairly well with a wrench, they are too thin to hold. So now the load is poorly distributed to the top plates. The bottom plates were fine as the bushings touched the flat part of the plates. The screws were ok. The picture isn't clear, but there is a bulge at the top of the threaded section that fits into a hole in the top plate. It would be difficult to reuse them, so leave them in place.
